We work with a myriad of different clients, across a range of sectors.

Here’s some examples of recent work that the team has been involved in, while respecting client confidentiality.

Working into a leading UK activation agency, FOTW provided a fully managed service enabling a live interactive event across 21 locations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa for a leading pharmaceutical company. The use of ultra low latency broadcast IP technology enabled seamless two-way interaction across all 21 locations. This innovative delivery went on to win a C&IT award for the agency.

FOTW work closely with a number of financial institutions, supporting them to report to the global markets. These short but very critical presentations involve quarterly, half and full year result presentations on custom microsites with secure front-end registration / access providing additional viewer data.  Multi-camera coverage, live Q+A audience interaction via moderated live messaging and conference audio bridge ensures maximum engagement for the remote viewer. All support material is fully synchronized and accessible to download. With a fast video-on-demand turnaround that enables the presentation to be accessible soon after the live event, with full agenda navigation / synchronized.

Consumer Electronics

Working with leading global communications and activation agencies across the world, FOTW has worked on a number of product launches for an international consumer electronics company.  Supplying the live and on-demand webcast to multiple livestream platforms including delivery and distribution throughout China. Our services included location IP and satellite transmission; dedicated broadcast vision and audio production, MCR delivery to a myriad of platforms (including live captions as part of the feed), broadcast delivery via transatlantic / transcontinental fibre as well as satellite, allowing global media access to the live event coverage.

FOTW has worked on a number of major retail events for leading creative agencies. A sample of recent events include a major UK coffee retailer wanted to launch their seasonal range to all store managers and key staff. FOTW provided production support to facilitate a live ‘chat show style’ presentation from the clients historic roastery location and the support included; pre-production including location surveys and testing, temporary studio camera production, satellite and IP broadcast transmission and distribution into cinemas across the UK, allowing 1000’s of staff members to watch the presentation simultaneously.

Another activation event was for a major European DIY retailer that wanted to link up six simultaneous conferences across Europe and Russia. FOTW were responsible for all live link and communication infrastructure involving UK Hub, location satellite and IP broadcast production as well as support at all contribution locations. Our infrastructure allowed different sections of the show to originate from each of the six locations,  including some fun interaction along the way.

Finally, FOTW have worked with a leading New York creative agency to provide production and live stream support for a number of their activation events. One involved support for a US coffee retailers festive activation involving in store filming and live streaming to clients Facebook page, allowing viewers to influence and engage with the campaign. Another was a live stream onto the Twitch gaming platform from the clients famous Rockefeller plaza store location. On both of these events, FOTW managed the production delivery throughout, including full location production support as well as location and remote MCR live streaming.

We have a long history in delivering services for the Fashion sector, working with a number of leading UK and international fashion brands. We deliver live streaming and broadcast service for London Fashion Week as well as a number of activation events across the fashion seasons. We’ve also been working with a leading high-street beauty products company, supporting them with internal communication, involving secure streaming of ‘town hall’ style events, delivering to their offices and remote staff locations.

Our UK government projects include streaming and broadcast service support for the appointed event agencies. We work directly with the relevant government department comms teams, on the agency’s behalf, managing broadcast and web streaming services for a variety of events. A couple of recent examples were broadcast services for a Commonwealth Summit, where we delivered live feeds from four London summit locations, to the central media centre, for handover to the host broadcaster and on a recent UN peacekeeping summit, we delivered live press feeds to BT Tower as well as streaming services to the clients Facebook page.
